Sustainable production of soles and plastic components: Circular economy in practice
At our company, we specialize in the production of high-quality soles and plastic components from thermoplastic elastomer TPE. This material is not only durable and flexible, but above all fully recyclable. Thanks to this, we have achieved a state where almost no waste is generated during production. We reprocess all material that would otherwise end up in landfill and return it to the production cycle.
A closed cycle for our customers
Our responsibility does not end with our own production. We actively buy waste generated during the processing of our soles from our customers and integrate it back into production. This creates a closed material cycle that minimizes waste and reduces the need for new raw materials. Customers not only receive a quality product, but also an economically advantageous way to deal with their production waste.
Secondary materials with new potential
In addition to recycling our own materials, we are intensively engaged in finding new applications for waste and secondary raw materials that currently have no full use in industry or everyday life. Our goal is to transform materials considered “waste” into valuable resources for innovative products.
Own photovoltaic energy
In 2026, we installed photovoltaic panels on the roof of our production hall. This will significantly reduce our dependence on electricity from external sources during the summer months and further reduce the carbon footprint of our production.
