We are a Czech company that has been manufacturing soles and plastic components for more than 25 years. Kastek Komponenty was founded in 1999 as a purely Czech company with its headquarters in Uherský Brod.

We develop plastic solutions

Processing thermoplastics by extrusion is a key discipline for our company, which allows us to create a wide range of products with different properties and applications.

We purchase materials from a European supplier who is able to offer a variety of materials for a variety of product properties (physical, mechanical and optical properties).

We can also process materials such as:

  • Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)
  • Linear Polyurethane (PUR)
  • Polyethylene (PE)

We care about sustainability

All materials processed by us are 100% recyclable and usable for further direct production. We use optically degraded secondary material for the production of low-demand technical moldings (e.g. paving underlay).
